Certification
M&M Offshore Limited is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) to Canadian
Standards Association (CSA) W47.1 "Certification of Companies for Fusion Welding of
Steel Structures" and its supplement W47.1S "Steel Fixed Offshore
Structures."
| The company currently holds over 170 CWB
registered Welding Procedure Data Sheets (WPDs) of which approximately 70 have been
specifically qualified and approved for use on the Hibernia Development Project by the
Hibernia Management & Development Company and the Canadian Welding Bureau. M&M Offshore Limited is also registered by the Newfoundland
Department of Employment and Labour Relations - Public Safety Division - for the
"Fabrication and Repair of Pressure Vessels, Fittings and Pressure Piping
Systems" in accordance with the applicable ASME Pressure System Codes. |

Registered with the Department of
Employment & Labour Relations is an additional 25 Welding Procedure Specifications
developed for Pressure Code Projects and Offshore Oil Exploration Projects primarily for
down well equipment such as well heads, casions and drill pipe connectors, choke and kill
lines, etc.
Attached for further reference is our Canadian Welding
Bureau "Letter of Validation" and Province of Newfoundland "Certificate of
Authorization" along with indexes of our registered Welding Procedure Specification
Lists for both agencies. |
