The work can include the manufacture and installation of process piping, storage tanks, industrial equipment, boiler and pressure vessels. M & M provides maintenance services to major industries such as oil refineries, mining, pulp and paper, power generation plants and offshore oil platforms. Fabrication M & M fabricates structural & miscellaneous steel products, storage tanks and pressure vessels using imported steel and an in-house staff of fitters, welders, engineers and quality assurance personnel. M & M manufactures equipment for the offshore oil industry including pipe spooling, flow lines, tote tanks, caisson systems and manifolds. Services M & M performs specialized welding with fully qualified welders on a broad range of materials such as duplex, 6 MO, titanium, etc. M & M Offshore Limited has a quality assurance - quality control (QA/QC) program which meets the requirements of the Canadian Standards Association (that is, Code Z299.3) and which is an acceptable QA/QC standard for Department of National Defence work and the Hibernia Oil Production Project. ISO 9002 is currently under implementation. Welders and welding procedures are certified under the Canadian Welding Bureau (W59.1 and W47.1) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME 9) Codes.
