Employee Relations, Legal and Environmental M & M employs up to 100 workers in its fabrication and service facilities. Up to another 500 workers are employed by M & M on its contracting jobs, principally throughout Newfoundland and Labrador at different times during the year. Labour relations within the company are excellent. M & M Engineering Limited is signatory to all of the construction industry trade union agreements. M & M Offshore Limited is certified by the FFAW, a member union of the Canadian Auto Workers. M & M has a good employee health and safety record. There are no suits or product/service liability claims against M & M. Management is acutely conscious of environmental concerns and is not aware of any environmental problems associated with M & M's operations.
